Peak Performance Recruitment was established in 2008 by Managing Director - Keith Garry. At the time, the Aircraft Leasing & Finance Industry did not have a recruitment firm that was exclusively focused on the sector. Peak Performance has since expanded its service offering to asset finance and investment companies to include the wider aviation and aerospace industries.
